A good camp has the potential to offer a child many positive and rewarding experiences. Camp can be fun, healthy and relaxing. Camp programs provide an opportunity to develop activity oriented and interpersonal skills while offering children a chance to become more responsible and independent. Because a camp experience can have a significant impact on a child's life, it is important for parents to learn how to make an informed decision when choosing a camp.
